Our Contaminated Land Consultants supported Bournemouth. Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) in their role as environmental regulator under a 4-year framework providing advice and reports to Environmental Health and other services in regard to contaminated land.
Delivery of projects under this framework assisted BCP Council in their role as a statutory consultee in the planning process.
The Solution
Provision of technical expertise to:
- Establish suitable contaminated land conditions for new planning applications.
- Establish that associated contaminated land conditions had been discharged through the provision of an appropriate site investigation and/or remediation.
Providing adhoc environmental advice on contaminated land concerns to the Council and planning applicants.
