The multi-disciplinary project team, led by Arthian, was tasked with the production ofâŻa number ofâŻdocuments, including:âŻâŻÂ

- Traffic Management PlanâŻÂ
- Access Management PlanâŻÂ
- Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP)âŻÂ
- Noise and Vibration Management PlanâŻÂ
- Biosecurity Management PlanÂ
- Soil Management PlanÂ
Arthian was also responsible for facilitating the preconstruction soil pest sampling and analysis and for overseeing archaeological trenching in line with the Projectâs Written Scheme of Investigation (WSI)
Outcomes and Achievements
Following a detailed site walkover and review of all existing project materials, Arthian was engaged to develop a comprehensive package of planning and technical documentation, including the Environmental Impact Assessment and Planning Consent. Acting as the central coordinator, Arthian managed all engineering contributions to the FEED design, oversaw the preparation of supporting documents, and brought in specialist subâconsultants to deliver the Traffic Management Plan.Â
The work was completed within the sixâmonth programme and played a pivotal role in shaping the FEED design and enabling the discharge of planning conditions.Â
As the project advanced into the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, Arthian continued to support delivery by providing expert technical guidance to both the Civils contractor and the Principal contractor.Â
