• Annual environmental legal compliance audit, legal registers and quarterly updates.
• Net zero international strategy development, carbon footprinting, energy opportunities assessment and training delivery as part of ISO systems implementation which fed into global operations net zero strategy.

Technical support and guidance with the assessment and verification of the company’s global carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and development of the organisational Net Zero Plan. Arthian worked in collaboration with Celeros to:

• Re-baseline their Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions based on the sale of the filtration part of the business.
• Review and verify global Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon footprint for the 2024 reporting period.
• Guide the quantification of the emissions from Scope 3 Categories 6 (Business Travel), 7 (Employee Commuting) and 11 (Use of Sold Products).
• Identify practical reduction opportunities to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in the business structure globally, i.e., specific potentially viable projects with identified savings.
• Identify and set suitable science-based targets, short-and long-term Net Zero targets for the business.
• Undertake GHG Emissions Trajectory Analysis and Modelling including Business-as-Usual (BAU) scenario, SBTi Pathway aligned with the 1.5°C reduction trajectory set out by SBTi scenario, Active Decarbonisation scenario.
• Develop and update a Net Zero Plan on a Page, summarising and visualising the Net Zero Goals, Strategic Priorities and Actions across Scope 1, 2 and 3, as well as Leadership and Governance commitments and priorities.
• Develop a Sustainable Procurement Report to inform the next steps in setting up new processes and requirements to target actions for Scope 3 Purchased Goods and Services, i.e., to expand data capture and improve data quality from the supply chain before looking at supply chain emission reduction activities.
