Overview
We were appointed by our client to provide Technical and Project Management to support deliver a large-scale decarbonisation programme across their built environment estate with a combined value of approximately £11 million across a diverse property portfolio.
Working collaboratively with the client’s internal teams, Arthian delivered strategic, technical, and project management expertise across an estate comprising corporate offices, depots, educational facilities, leisure centres, sheltered housing, and community buildings.
