About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Client facing, with comfort leading bids and tenders, and exploring new opportunities.
- Understand the development needs of team members and inspire them to perform at their best.
- Liaise with our multidisciplinary groups and teams to provide our clients with a fully integrated approach to projects.
- Ownership of project delivery regarding: client liaison, technical compliance, budget and project management, commercial management, risk management.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate expertise in Civil Engineering disciplines
- Design and manage drainage systems
- Deliver projects involving linear infrastructure
- Apply knowledge of pavement engineering in project design and delivery
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in engineering delivery
- Exhibit exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills
- Take ownership of complex engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Successfully deliver complex projects to required quality, time, and budget standards
Qualifications
- You will hold a BEng, MEng or MSc in Civil Engineering or other relevant degree to the role, experience and skills.
- You will be a Chartered Member of ICE, or as a minimum, demonstrably working towards chartership.
