About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development and growth of our geoscience services across England
- Winning work, building client relationships, and contributing to business strategy
- Providing technical leadership across contaminated land, geotechnical, and ground investigation projects
- Managing and mentoring a growing team
- Supporting multidisciplinary delivery across planning, water, infrastructure, and environment
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and best practice across all outputs
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in UK geoscience consultancy
- Strong technical background in contaminated land across England and Wales
- A provenΒ track recordΒ of winning work and developing client relationships
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Chartered status (e.g.Β CGeol, CEnv) or working towards
- Experience in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of UK planning and regulatory frameworks
Additional Information
- The role may require travel (including occasional overnight stays) across the UK and overseas, depending on project requirements
- A full clean driving licence is desirable
