PPN 006 (2025) vs PPN 06/21 (2021)

PPN 006 is the updated version of PPN 06/21, released to align with the Procurement Act 2023 (effective for procurements starting 24 February 2025). It does not change the core Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) requirements – it mainly updates terminology, legislative alignment, and clarifies thresholds.
