Our Arthian Spotlight series showcases our technical experts around the UK. This week, we are spotlighting a new member of the team, Peter Klemen, Principal Heritage Consultant.
Peter brings a wealth of academic, professional, and international experience to his role. His career has taken him from geophysical surveys in Spain and Italy to teaching magnetometry surveying at Ramallah University in the West Bank. He has worked extensively across Scotland on archaeological sites covering a variety of periods and environments, both urban and rural. Driven by a deep passion for archaeology, Peter is committed to sharing his knowledge and experience.
In conversation with Peter:
Can you highlight the diversity of projects you have undertaken across the UK?
I have worked extensively on a variety of different period sites in urban and rural locations across Scotland and England, providing a range of archaeological consultancy and fieldwork to private developers, councils, architects and working with other archaeological firms.
Your thoughts on joining the Arthian Team
I am very excited to be joining the Arthian team and working towards advancing the companies Heritage and Archaeological capabilities across Scotland and continuing their presence across the rest of the UK.
